No, I'm going to keep the line on the brake for two reasons: A) It's the right setup to go with the forks, etc. B) It's keeping the calliper sealed. C) I'm lazy.

Price for front brake? Does that have the mounting plate for the NSR50 forks?

I do have the mounting plate for the brake, but I'd like to sell the fork legs first, so whomever buys them has the opportunity to get a matching brake with them.

Cleaned the thread up, and minor change in policy, I will sell the 'poorboy' NSR50 bits separate so those who wanted one piece or another, ping me. Note, the brake line stays with the brake though, gotta keep it sealed. : )

Except:

Will not fit a Honda ZB50 and won't be optimal with a ZB50 and 12" wheels due to the 40mm offset on the forks.

Good question, I've no idea. : ) I have a friend's K0 CT70 in the shop right now, doing some mild restoration to it, but the forks are still mounted so I can't test... and I don't have a good excuse to drop them, so I'll have to defer to Z's opinion on this.
