Pipe and rev box is what u want man makes a diffrence for sure

On a CRF110 it's the stock carb that is the bottle neck. Going to a biger 18mm carb will give you the biggest bang for the buck. Pipe is 2nd and rev box is worthless until you put a cam in it.

Stock bike makes 4.5 hp

Carb, Pipe, Cam, rev box is about 7.5 hp. (Huge gain for the buck)

 

So does that mean the stock air box is sufficient to support those mods, or you'll need the u flow air box to feed the carb?

You don't "need" it... But just a pod filter does flow better then the stock air box. There is a spark arrestor in the air box that is VERY restrictive. Remove the screen mesh and steel plate that are both under the air filter, and it will no doubt help top end pull.

 

Can I just put a pod filter straight to my 20mm carb or should I buy the "u-flow"?
