I found a Marzocchi front end that was previously on a crf110. I want to put them on my 2012 klx 110L but I am not sure if they will fit. The seller says they will fit no problem. Will the stem work with my frame? I just ordered tapered bearings so I'm set there. Will I have any issue with fitment and if so, what mods will I have to make? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! Pictures of the forks are below

Well in his description he says "The tripples are setup for a crf110 but with a simple stem change it can be put on a klx110" but then when I messaged him he said all I would need is tapered bearings...? Is that correct? Seems like the stem diameter would be different for a crf110.

Ya looks like Marzocchi 50 clamps on it to make it fit the china 50 replica bike it's on but then used Marzocchi 110 parts from there. 14" wheel, plastic guards (with fake carbon sticker). Making those clamps work on a 110 I have never tried but I don't think they would work or if they did you would have to many issues. Stem wouldent be right, 50 style clamps have a drop in the top clamp so so it would make the front end sit to high because its made for a short fork, steering stops aren't the same so it would stop on the tank, no spot for the number plate to tuck in on bottom clamp. Just many little things to make it a headache.

Those aren't zoke clamps. I have those clamps and am currently working on the conversion. I'm having the stem from those clamps pressed out and the stem from my 110L presses in. The problem is the stem diameter from my 110L clamps is larger and so the guy said the hole needs to be bored. Also the tabs on the bottom need to be ground down to provide clearance for at least 55 mm and he told me they only provide clearance for 45 as they are.

Maybe I'm not doing it the most efficient way? Idk anyone that's used these before and am just trusting what the guy at the machine shop is tell me.

Your on the right track. I had a spacer machined for the lower bearing and removed the steering stops and built my own.
