Yes there is a kick starter shaft seal. Ive replaced one and it was really easy... here is one on ebay right now... all I did was take the kick arm off and pry the old one out with a screw driver then put the knew in. Same thing for the shifter but I think the seal is a different size. Anyways heres the link
