I thought Matt was considering making a run of fender braces. That's what he said in the last thread about em. Realistically once you got a jig made up those would be very easy to make with low $$$ invested. Lots of interest in them.

You better make sure you're legally able to duplicate some of these parts. Would suck to get caught up in abounch of stuff trying to do a good thing and get parts out to people.

Zokes clamps for z's would be pretty cool. You'd almost have to make a kit for a brake conversion too with it. How did the few people that built z's with zokes do it though. I don't really remember but I want to say they were sourced from another bike with wider clamps.
 
A higher quality KLX110 rear brake pedal that rides on a BEARING!

A way to run disc brakes on a stock mod KLX110. Preferably KX65 wheels and calipers.

A linkage, and rear shock that will get you 10 inches or rear travel for a KLX140. --L*64
 
especially the newer 110's with no grab handle - I think the newer plastics look much better - but no grab handle. I think just about everyone with an L and non l for that matter will want one. I am sick of reaching to lift the bike by the upper part of swingarm and burning myself on the pipe.
. I 2nd this. I grab mine by the swing arm every time.
