This a build sheet for a mod bike not a stock/mod. Stock mods cant use 65 front or extended swinger disk brakes and whole lot of other parts you listed.

you might as well put a bbk in the stock cylinder because I know the guys that are upfront that class are not running 110cc bikes. They are running bbk's like the vegas motors but with better heads, carbs, frames, and suspension. so basically your expenses just quadrupled.
