WOW what a huge take off jump and landing! Even his warm up jumps where so huge! He jumped 273' (5 feet short of his previous record) on his last warm up jump before moving the ramp back to where he would try for the world record. He hit the ramp at 90 MPH and came up SHORT!!!!!! He landed on the transition between the saftey flat and the downhill. He got bucked off hard!!! He probably ragdolled for about 175'-200.' No word of his condition but he did walk under his own power into the ambulance. I'll try and get a pic up ASAP.

he needs to do that on a Service Honda CR500 aluma frame bike I think it would be better than a CRF450

yes but Guinness was not at the Ryan Capes jump so it doesn't count i guess. Lame in my opinion but thats the way it is.
i thought capes did 310 in Northern Washington the same time Kyle Coen did the World Record on a 50.

I saw that on the news tonight while i was flipping through channles and he was real close, only a couple more feet and he woulda made it!
Doug Danger is not in the same league as these guys. He is a total goon with money to setup these totally calculated jump that honestly anyone with balls could pull off. I give Doug credit for being crazy but the guy sucks on a motorcyle.
