You have a standard superhead as well, correct?

Can you compare the superhead and Superhead +R tappet covers andtell me if the bolt holes on the tappet covers line up? I understand the tappet covers are a different shape, but are the bolt holes spaced the same that hold on the tappet cover?

I need to know if a bracket I have to mount the oil cooler under the motor has a chance at fitting, as Takegawa won't be making that bracket for awhile, and hopefully the standard superhead bracket will be close to fitting and will just need minor machine work..

Thanks in advance.

Nice looking piece of technology there. How long before it gets copied by one of the low-rent manufacturers?

one thing that sucks is that im going to have to buy a takagawa clutch cover so i'll have oil taps for the oil cooler cause no one in america has the oil tap that go's on the stock takagawa trans oil filter cover.

I have two 88 kits and a 106 kit here all with the s12 cam. One thing that I have noticed is that the valve springs appear to be of a progressive rate. Coils are wound more tightly at one end. Ohh, and notice the picture of his rockers, they are sitting on the parts list which says s-12 cam. I guess Takegawa puts the small cam in all of them so they can suck some more $$$ out of us later.

That's interesting. Two bros. must be either ordering the different cams, or Takegawa switched the specs from what they just revised on their website.

Takegawa shows the S20 cam with the 124's and S15's with everything else.

I do know on their first production run they had a 100% recall, but none of those kits made it to the US market. Lots and Lots of kabooms, and they had to retool the head.

yeah I was also looking at the thread for the plug and it is cut into the valves a little. but with all this hype I wanna see this kit prove it self and not from some china video saying its 20hp in a what ever engine it was suppose yo be.
