Do you have a link for those Ti ones? I couldn't find them.

 

U will need a 170x12mm bolt(not including the head of the bolt) for the front and just get a genuine Crf50 rear axle and nut.

 

It's like $40 dollars for both complete( oem ) direct from Honda !

 

I'll try and dig up the front axle part number for u.

Yeah he is going to need a special length bolt for the front because he has new style stratos forks and there about 15mm wider than stock. I have the part number somewhere but I just have to do some looking lol

 

My Stratos forks are 12mm bean

 

Yeah there 12mm diameter but ur forks are 15mm wider so u need a longer axle than stock.

Haha I'm onto it it man. I found a front axle but it in England. So I have my spares guy on it now so hopefully I'll have an answer tomorrow for u. Just get a stock Honda axle for the rear. The Honda bolt u need for the front is a Honda vtx1800 engine mount bolt I've just got to work out what one lol.

Ok mate I found the part# for the front axle u need. It's a genuine Honda.
Honda part# 90109-MCH-000
Rear axle # 42301-GCF-670
Front nut# 904050-12070
Rear nut# 90306-KF0-003

 

stratos forks came with its own axle they had a really fucked up size hole that the nut went into on the lower for leg i had to grind down a 19mm socket for it to fit in the hole so i could tighten the axle, sorry cant help you with length cos i sold that bike a long time ago

Yeah I did a lot of research when I got my stratos forks to come up with the right axle/nut combo. Those part # will work perfect. The nut that I found is a 17mm head not a 19mm so there is no issue with making a socket to fit inside the fork leg.

 

I can't find the bolts but I found the first 2 part numbers

The first part number is an engine mount bolt for a Honda vtx1800 and the second is a std Crf50 rear axle. Any Honda dealer should be able to get u those parts. If u can't get them let me know and I can order them for u? But there will be a freight charge sorry man.

U will have to get spacers made for the front wheel. I'm not sure about the rear. Can u measure the the fork centers for me just so I can double check that front axle.

Yes if u could because stratos had 2 different width triple clamps so they take different length axles.

 

About 6 1/2 inches
