I am still can't decide which forks I want to go with for my 50. I have been serioulsy considering Bombshells but had few questions. Are they rebound/comp adjustable or just rebound? Does the oiless system suck? Can you tell the forks are not oil bathed? Anyone with the stock springs in it that is around 185, do they work well or did you have to get stiffer ones. I will be racing on some tracks with big hits and narly whoop sections, so I was wondering if these forks are the way to go or should I go with the Zokes. I hve a 4" over conventional swingarm by the way. So ride height isn't an issue.

I have the LT6's. They are just rebound ajustable, the oiless system works ok. I belive they are oil bathed, you have to add a couple of ounces of fork oil in their to lube the tubes. I put in the heavy springs as i am 195 pounds and the stock ones bottomed out on a lot of things, now with the heavy springs in them they work great for me. Hope that helps alittle.

I have them on both of my bike, but I have yet to try them out. I have ridden one of my bikes around the neighborhood, but not on a track, yet. I am just finishing the build on the other one. They seem to be good forks. Sorry this is probably not much help.

i have some of the older ones and i still love em. im only like 135, but for me they have excellent bottoming controll and are actually pretty plush too. just get some stiffer springs and make sure to keep them lubed up (every 3-4 rides, takes 5 mins) and you will love them also im sure.

I have the 6'' Bombshells on my bike and i LOVE them!! I only weigh 150 lbs & use the stock springs and they work perfect for me.. I have do about 40-45 ft. doubles and hit some sick whoops and they always hold up and take watever i throw at them.. I would definitely recomend them :)

I have the really old 4 inch bombshells, and I upgraded them to the 6 inch and they are awesome! Really smooth, soaks up everything very well. I cant even image how marzocchi's would feel!

I didn't know your suppose to put a little oil in the forks! How much do I need to put in there? And what kind of oil?
