PW50 runs backwards

Early 80's PW50 runs backwards after installing aftermarket electrical system. New stator, cdi, switch, harness as the original was very deteriorated. Bike only runs in reverse, seems to run perfect just wrong direction.

Anyone know if crank direction changed? My turns clockwise when kicking it (looking at the flywheel).

Change direction of impact, 2 stroke will run in two directions. ( careful to not spin nut off fly wheel)

That's the issue, Pw50 is not adjustable.
I even tried the using the new stator components on the old OEM stator plate and same result.

I have heard of the same thing happening with aftermarket stators on pw50s. Googled it and found this
