Hi there,

My name is Xander Gröning i'm 30 years old and i'm from the Netherlands.
These are my rides:

The First on is a Original 2009 ktm 65 sx just putted it on 12" wheels, and made some changes on the suspension.

The second one is a ktm65 2012 base, i bought an 85 engine and a 105cc topend kit.
i rebuild the engine afte testfit in the 65 frame after some changes the engine reached 30bhp!!
I had to repair the 65 frame and added some differents so the 85 engine would fit.
the front fork is a bit lowered and its more stiffer, the same is done at the rear end with a WP rearshock i bought second hand.

This vid is on the orginal 65 2009 ktm in france

This vid is on the 65 base with 105 engine hit the track for his first time

Bye Xander!

Dude, that is sick!!!!!!! 105 in a 65 frame, mad!!!!

I've just fitted an Athena 80cc kit to my 2008 65sx and it goes well! Over xmas I'll be stroking it out to 85cc because that's the class limit here in Australia!!!

You need to fit an 85 front hub and fit the 260mm factory floating disc, 125-450 caliper and master cylinder!!!

Thanks for the reactions, HFM and ringo!

@ringo, i want to build my own wheelhub.
The idea was to buy another front hub en cut them in half with turned fitting and weld it together
So i would be able to use 2 Original 65cc brakes and disks.
I do have a spare frontfork and a spare brake.

This idea is born couse of the flexing frontfork while hit the brakes hard at the straight end.
If you search the internet you will see many people and also KTM have noticed this problem.
KTM came with the "SXS crownplates" which is mounted with 12screws instead of 8.

mmmm, also building a 85frame with a 125cc engine.................

hi supralative awsome build, can you tell me where you got your clip ons from?
i got them off of ebay
got lucky had a seller in the states and got them pretty cheap
just measure where you are going to put your clip ons in mm and do a search for them

havent rode it this way yet
but i am gonna buy some 1 1/8 risers to mount the fat bars back up if i chose to go motard style as well
i also might try some clip ons that are raised up as well

next major thing i do want to do though is get a Pro Circuit pipe and me and buddy will fab up a custom exhaust

New to the site. Been racing OSB Supermoto in Oklahoma for the last couple years in the big bike class. Actually been at several races with member Supraltive. I'm fairly new to dirt bikes, and totally new to minis. Just picked up this gem last week. Looking forward to racing Open Mini this year!

07 CRF150R on 12s, full ti Leo exhaust, jetted, quick turn aluminum throttle, 16/40 gearing, scary fast! I'm loving it, though. Can't wait to have it street legal and go hurt some feels!

SAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWEET
hope to see you soon in the open mini class!!!!!
slow it down for me on that monster so we can have some fun
