Where can I get them? I saw somewhere a rear shock spring. Any links would be great.

HRC Has three rear shock springs listed for the 2004 NSR50R

I tried ordering a rear spring a while back and was told they were no longer available. Honestly these things come with quite good suspension. I have seen a lot of really really fast kids on bone stock suspension.

 

If i need Discontinued Honda parts i get in touch with Craig at Redline Powersports he comes through everytime........He got me some Discontinued JDM NSR50 parts and at a good price too.......

 

You can order up a spring from almost any suspension supplier. My suspension guy ordered me up a couple through traxxion dynamics. He also machined me a custom collar to prevent binding on the spring. All you need is the dimensions of the spring and the stiffness desired.

 

I forgot to mention that along with the spring they also supplied a full rebuild kit for the shock.

 

stock is fine for a lil kid.. its fully adjst rear and the frnt is soft to begin with....

 

60 LBS??? Anthony, I know you wanna spend all the cash on the toys, but buy that poor kid a cheeseburger

He's up to 62lbs now and the stock springs are fine with just 2 rounds of pre load. Bike is functioning fine and he's now running a Metrakit 50 that is getting a little help in the HP dept this off season.
