But i've never seen anything like this:

Now heres the story: A friend lost 3rd gear on his 110. So a buddy of mine and I started the rip apart the engine for him. We washed it, because the owner apparently has never seen a hose in his entire life, and at the bottom of the case, we discovered what isn't mud, but probably 40 pounds of JB weld. We than started to take the top end apart, noticing the timing chain tensioner had the wrong gasket for it, and the timing chain was super loose when the tensioner was tight, our next find was this:

I can't even begin to imagine what the bottom end looks like. Also, if your the person who did this hack job, and than sold this bike, go die in a fire.

There aren't any problems, well besides the cam chain.

Terry, maybe if you hook up a price on a monster motor build for my 110, i'll send something with it for the trebuchet.

I've been feeling the love for 177/188cc KLX's with rear-facing manifolds, but how about a de-stroker? 125cc legal 60x44, 6 speed close-ratio, etc:grin:

We can fling the stock crank. I think, with the right trajectory, I can drop it through the roof of the dentist's house behind me. Cranky old fart got mad when I put my fence up through the woods. Said he wouldn't have any place to blow his leaves to, now. I had a suggestion... Hasn't spoke to me since.

Gotta love the JB weld. I bought a real beat up 110 last year and the guy had used it to seal up a hole in the case above the countershaft(like put there when the chain blew off, there were no teeth left on the sprocket). So anyway, they put so much in the hole that it ran down inside the motor and all over the shift drum. Found chunks of the **** through out the entire motor. How it didn't scatter the entire thing is beyond me. Oh, and this thing had a BR9ES spark plug in it. That's a 3/4" reach, 14mm plug in a 1/2", 10mm hole. Some people are just flat stupid.
