I am brand new to pit bikes and am looking to spend about $750. Is it possible to get a decent pit bike for this amount to ride pee wee tracks and trails? I will not be racing, just having fun. I am 5'11" 195 lbs. Suggestions?

SSR or other.. if you go cheap with a far off brand lie Coolster and a few others they will need parts replaced... the SSR dx3 is pretty decent out of the box (I do have issues with them tho) and they have a few other models available for around that price and do go ahead and support a vendor from the site.. they do a lot for us.. most manufacturers dont...

Would I be better off buying a built xr50r for $1200 or a Chinese bike for that amount.

Some info on the xr50r.

2002 XR50R with Billetware cradle frame, 108cc TB engine, Oil Cooler, Billetware +2 swinger, Fast 50 forks+1", 24mm TB carb, 12" front alum. rim, 10" rear alum.rim, Tag mini handlebars, AVS clutch and brake levers, BBR big bore pipe, , BBR tall seat, Down Components rear shock, and billet footpegs. Great condition less than 10 hours on it.
