Just took of graphics and kit and put some fresh grips on

 

Just ordered some piranha mag wheels and a pair of Dunlop tt93 now the wait:/ I'm hoping I dont run into any problems with the fit...

 

Dunlops just came in now waiting for my wheels tomorrow

 

Update wheels are on front brake won't fit any help! She's coming along quite nice

 

how exactly doesn't the brake fit? does it hit the rim or is it just a rotor spacing issue?

 

I had to take the whole caliper off to put the wheel on and now the new mag wheel won't give clearance to put the caliper back on. Should I put the stock disc brake from my mx wheels?

 

Is the rotor to big? If it's just the rotor that's to big out your stock one back on and try it. If it fits order a rotor that size for the new wheels.

It's not that it closed, with the upgraded wheel its a 12" mag wheel and I had a 14" mx wheel I think the caliper is too big or the rotor is too big

 

Explain what causes interference when you try to mount the caliper

 

The wheel gets in the way of the calipers needed clearance

 

I thought the same for my front wheel. I just kept moving the brake around, and it eventually slid on great.

 

I read somewhere on here: Use your old rotor.. I am about to experience the same issue when my wheels come in

 

on mine, you can slide the rotor into the caliper as you slide the wheel into the forks. you just have to put the wheel in at a slight angle to get the disc started into the caliper.

 

She's ready!! I still need an oil cooler mount!!! Can anybody help me out??

Idk what do do about a cooler mount...I'm still trying to figure out how I'm going to mount mine...

 

How'd you get those tires on those wheels? The rear was easy but the front was a pita. I screwed up the bead and bent the rim a little.

 

Those wheels are way heavier than stock arent they?
