yeah need real results to be shown instead of numbers being thrown out there

and as far as motor being fitted im not familiar with a bbr motor but i would beileve if it has the same mounts as a fiddy motor it should just bolt right in

but if u do get this 150 wats to be done of the 50cc engine?

well atmo ive got this lifan 140 that im going to sell and buy that lifan 150 i dont have a stock 50 engine. 9bhp still feels fast to me but im going to need something with more grunt to keep up with a takegawa 124+r looool need to find out if it will fit in my frame as the clutch looks like it will hit my exhaust like my lifan.

i only want the 150 as i think it looks better with the clutch case lol, if there is much in the power between a 140 and the 150 then ill defo buy it if its a matter of a few bhp then i wouldnt bother just my 140 seems useless top end power bottom and mid she rips. Also the bbr pipe wont slot together using a lifan 140 ive had to use a rubber connecting sleeve.

There isn't a big difference stock, powerwise, not a couple HP anyway. Without adding a cam, compression, and bigger carb, the cubes are just going to make it tractor-ier. A $95 port job, DrATV $45 cam, and an eBay ATC110 piston will let your 140 kill a stock 150, but you don't get the pretty clutch cover:)

Not the 140....it's closer to 11 hp stock

when the lifan 140 first hit the market one was dyno ran at crowerpower in cali @11hp

the 150 lifan has the same stroke and a slightly larger bore ,the power similar

another nice thing about the new 150 is its aluminum cylinder ,,,its the standard type 78mm tall were used to running

This Engine Can Make 15+hp With A Few Simple Mods. The 152cc Engines We Were Building Out Of The 140 Lifan I Bet Made 15+hp. Get A 57mm Bore Cylinder From Tb And A Akunar Piston, 1mm CopPer Head Gasket, Z40 Cam, A Real Intake And A Pwk Or Pe 28 Carb And A "good" Port Job Will Get You 15hp All Day.

They feel awesome on a track, very quick. And yeah it would bolt into a PERM frame, just get a 12 way intake mount(I think thats what they are called).

Dont be so sure, the top mounts will definetly line up but the clutch routing could interfere with the exhaust and/or frame and with the cradle the engine may not even fit in. Definetly go with the BBR turnable intake if you do go this route.
