I have a Lifan 110cc electric start 4 spd auto engine for sale. It needs to be fixed. It runs great but it has a broken gear in the tranny. Its either the kickstarter or the primary drive gears or something like that. It knocks when running from the broken gear and has no power. It also has a chip in the rear mount, and the starter does not work. So i would say its a parts motor. I will sell it for $50 plus shipping. It comes with everything pictured.

No, the top end is fine. It drove perfect right up until it broke the gear. Ive never had 1 problem with it besides this. I think it is a broken kickstart gear or primary gear, and that is causing alot of drag on the bottom end. It has good compression and valves adjusted properly. Are you interested in the top end? If so i can disassemble and take pics.
