I'm currently starting kx85 fork conversion on my klx110 it should be sick when done not to mention i will have a very nice setup when I'm done i will take pictures as i go a post them as i get further along. I've check for the conversion on here and some of the information could be a little more informative. Not to say a lot of it has jumped started me into this project. my plan is to have it running by march 1st. I will be also build a 143 tb kit with race head to go along with the fork setup. Between this and my project TTR50 Superpro build i will be busy these next couple of months

I'm on my second pair of Zokes... And I gladly say I'll never buy another pair! I think Zokes are way overpriced (even used) and aren't very durable, especially considering the price tag that's associated with them. As far as performance goes... They're about the same, but I'd say the 85 forks are going to last A LOT longer. The 85 front-end seems to be better built than the Zokes from the wheel to the triple clamps.

Thanks for the comparo. That is interesting. I would have thought the 85 front end would have been much more rigid than a set of marzocchis with the increase in fork diameter etc. I am thinking of also doing this upgrade down the track, as it is easy to get good money back from a set of zokes, and have a much better front end with an 85 front end.
