I am paralyzed and I have a klx 110L with electric start. I want to put a big bore on it but have a couple questions. I can't get rid of the electric start so not sure if it will work. My first question is do you think the compression will be to much for the electric start . Second what big bore kit should I go with? Thanks for everyone's time

man that profile pic looks nice lol , theres one guy that came into wholesale that did a 143 stroker and v2 head and said it barely turned his over. But im sure if you were just going with a 143 that it wouldnt be a problem! Also i would for sure go with TB parts because there not to pricey and are very reliable

I have a 110L also and as soon as I can save up enough cash to do my engine im planning on doin the same set up. I know we need a TB cam sprocket($24) to make the race head work on our bikes, but I haven't heard any problems with the e-start. Although Justin at Wholesale would know more than me(Justin can u tell us more about the guy who came in). I plan on doing mine next winter. Are you going to do the work yourself? That is my plan, but this will be my first engine build so if you decide to do yours it would be awesome if you took some pics of the build. Either way man let me know how the build turns out.

He could if hes planning on doing a head , but i think he just wants to do the 143 cylinder .

id do a 143 cheater kit we got here and port the stock head and carb :) and intake !

You can run a TB 143cc and VM26 carb kit , Keep the stock head to be 100% sure on the e starter since it has a de-comp cam and stock pipe
this sounds like the best set up for your needs
let me know if you need help

Yep we got a few 143 kits in stock , since your going with the stock head i would say run the stock carb. Theres no point in running a bigger carb if it has no where to go with the small valves in the stock head, i would get the stock head ported and have the intake matched as well as the carb. Can also have the choke removed to allow more flow :)

Recently one of our customers had this same setup and if its done right it is just as fast as a 143 with a head , i know from riding both setups.

I have a hard time believing that lol my 143 stock head and 26mm carb runs with a stroked 138+r head and full manual clutch. That's not even a ported head
