I figured I'd post up a few pics for you guys of how it's coming along. I was one of those 110 non-blievers from '05 till about 4 months ago ;). I'll admit, they are about 100000x easier to ride! Still hanging on to the 50 for a long time though.

It's not finished, but I'm closer. I still need pegs/mount, cradle, black dress up kit (have a brand new in package RB blue one if interested!), and maybe tall seat, blast the stator and clutch cover with walnut shells, and pre printed backgrounds.

It currently has:
Dunlop tires, PCd black rims
HD Sano front springs and heavy oil
Pro Taper xr50 bend bars
RB black triple clamp, but took off to sell
RB graphics
CHP race head, 143 kit, 4spd shift drum, hardened output shaft, billetware bump start, pro circuit shifter, vm26, two bros hydro clutch
Shortened 2" ProCircuit T4
Fox Float
DID gold chain (not in pic)
Cold Fusion rear sprocket (not in pic)

and no I'm not partial to any one manufacturer lol

No I've never ridden a hydro clutch because my wallet is allergic to fancy. If you did a complete motor swap, it's whatever, but I just don't see it. You're pulling a lever, how much of a difference could it be? Now you gotta worry about fluids and bleeding lines and such. With cable you also get the opportunity to slip the clutch around corners and whatever. I was just curious as some things to me just don't make sense anymore.

More than you'd know. They feel completely different.

You can with a hydraulic clutch too...The lever just provides less feedback to the riders hand.

Except for the extra maintenance of the cable...And you are talking about a big $$$ clutch set up there, no wonder it feels good. I am still a fan of hydro over cables. Self adjusting being reason #1. And for all the people who think hydros are more work bla bla bla lines, fluid bla bla, when was the last time you adjusted the brake cable on a big bike? Oh yeah about that...

Once i got the cable dialed in (took about an hour) then it was perfect. Waaaaaay easier to pull in than a hydro and much more positive feeling. All i do is just spin the thumbwheel thing but i just do that over jumps depending on how the track is changing or what obstacle is coming next haha

Oh! I personally like the look of black backgrounds with white numbers. BUT in my local moto distric that color combo is C class. (not to toot my horn...) but ever since I turned A (2010 distric 6 25+A champ:biggthumpup:) I run white plates black numbers.
I vote run the color background you fit. Black is C yellow is B and white is A. In D6 anyway.
