I think I'm just missing parts or something. I can take pics tomorrow,but the new bearing doesn't sit flush in the sprocket and is there suppose to be something between the bearing (sprocket side) and the frame? If I tighten my axle it presses the frame against and affects the rolling of the wheel.

I will run out to my bike shop and take a pic for you. Does sound like your missing the spacer that goes inside the sprocket assembly.

 

Do you have that spacer to the right of the sprocket assembly? You can order missing pieces individually from most any Kawi dealer.

Yes that is inside the sprocket hub. Here is how the rear is now. And here's missing pieces that came with it.

There's an axle with all the correct spacer minus the one that goes between sprocket hub and wheel.

 

Yeah your missing a wheel spacer. It's the small one I believe.

 

Ok,thanks for the help guys so I have all the parts available correct? Just a matter of putting them in place.
i could not fit the small wheel spacer in between the frame and the sprocket hub so I thought something was wrong. Is the bearing in the sprocket hub not suppose to sit flush? It's the bearing that came in the wheel bearing kit but that's as deep as it goes into the hub housing.

 

The best thing to do in these situations is to go to cheapcycleparts.com and find the assembly your looking for. In this case it would be rear wheel assembly. It will bring up an exploded parts diagram. Compare that to what you have and that will tell you what you are missing for sure.
