So I had a chance to stick the 108se on the dyno today. I am very happy with the results.....13hp. I will post up the dyno graph when I get home.

you aint got a magic switch somewhere for that dyno do ya if ya know what i mean. 13 out of a 108 is preety good what else was done before the assembly of this so called 108 what head and cam is being used

Id assume its the SE head since he said 108se. And i believe 13 from this combo. I know of a 9.5hp TB 88. It has alot of custom work done. So, 13 is possible from an SE head at 108cc.

**All runs were made on a brand new Dynojet 250i with Winpep 7 software**

I haven't dynoed the 140 motor yet but I will very soon. I had to take it out of my bike to put this 108 motor in until I can get the right parts to put it in my ZB50 chassis. I am about to leave work here shortly so I'll post up the dyno graph when I get home.

Here's the dyno graph. Sorry its so small, I had to scan it into the computer.

They didn't have the AF ratio pickup hooked up so I couldn't get a reading to tell whats up with the jetting. I might take it to a different dyno tomorrow to compare the results and get an AF reading. Plus the dip in the graph is mostly because of the bike running out of gas as the operator tried to hurry up and turn the petcock to reserve. I'll get another run tomorrow and I'm sure it will be smoother.

Nice. I can't wait till this weekend, filters are on their way, I'll have time to clean up my 24mm carb, and should be able to get an initial dyno on my 110cc setup. 13hp is the number to beat eh? I don't think I'll quite hit it, my cam (Crower G2) isn't the most agressive out there, and I'm a longer stroke setup so it'll build power earlier then I expect it to sign off a bit early. Plus E22 vs SE head, it's going to be a good bottom and mid motor I hope. Nice to have a target though. : )
