What jetting should I run on a Kitaco 28mm Dslide carb on a Motohp 150cc kit, TB race head and a TB cam Ground to Takegawa S35 specs by Crower. 400 ft above sea level. Northern Illinois.

Does the 150cc piston clear the tb racehead with no problems? Or did you have to modify it?

to answer your question yes the moto hp 150cc piston should clear the valves with no problem. i recently bought one myself ( today actually lol)

110 main. (stock is 135 )

42 pilot ( stock is 38 )

4th clip

1 turn.

Stock slide spring out of a KLX carb. ( Kitaco spring is too weak )



this should put you in the ball park.

If you are running one of those pancake filters, get rid of it and use a Uni Pod filter.
