Go down to a shop and try on a Troy Lee helmet and see if a medium will fit you. Then you would know..

 

They run small so make sure they fit right, My thor force helmet is a large and in a troy lee I wear a XXL so make sure you find out your correct size.

 

I wear a large in both Thor force and TLD.

Dont be mistaken with the old TLD helmets, this helmet is brand new SE2, tottaly different from last years. The fit and comfort is insane, I've worn everything from Arai's to Fox V3's and nothing has been this comftarble on my head.
