That sounds kinda cheap for a recharge. I think your gonna need a hook up or know someone to get it for that price.

 

you also need to know how many psi to put in the shock, you can get that info from elka if you have to. I have a nitrogen tank with a regulator and charge my own shocks.

 

I am not sure about mini shocks, but I believe the Big Bike shocks take around 150 to 175psi.
