Looking to take my 52.4mm x 57mm bore x stroke motor to 57 x 57.

I was going to buy a 56mm barrel and get it machined to 57mm, But would it be a bad idea to machine down my Gpx/jialing cylinder which is 52.4mm all the way to 57mm?

Thanks agian.

flash back to 2006

a jialing cylinder will go out to 54mm easy and accept tbwo345 piston

this was our original GPX 131cc

bro we have aluminum cylinders w/ steel sleeve 57mm just like the first tb 146cc kits sitting here ready to $169

if you want a ceramic cylinder 57mm its more

keep these jailing questions comming man this is old school 2006

we were the first ones to post rear wheel dynos of the jialing 124cc and then the 146cc big valve 15.4hp

fastest thing out at the time

Yeah...I have a tbolt 57mm cylinder on one of mine and still runs like a champ 2 years later. Didn't know they were still available as no one has them on their website anymore.

We bore the cases on 57mm and up (we do 58-59mm kits too), since the paper thin spigot binds in the cases about half the time. Allows us to leave most of the 62mm OD sleeve, reducing heat-induced distortion. I didn't come around here 'till 06, but our 146 had been pounding the SuMo tracks for a while. Still is:)
