Peak HP and TQ (made max tq around 4000 rpm and max hp around 7000 rpm) hovered around 5 on the Mustang dyno with WCF. Top HP/TQ lines are with spark arrestor removed (basically so I could get an AFR reading).

We will be doing a stock MOM build bike on this, and be doing another set of dyno runs/tuning within this next week. This is a 100% stock bike with about 10 minutes on it, nothing has been done to it, this is merely the baseline runs.

AFR was actually pretty darn good for stock trim, hovered right between 13-14 for most of the run, gets a little shaky on the tail end.

My 2005 KLX - all stock 100%, was at 6.5 hp, SAE corr., on my Dynojet 250. My TTR90 with Powroll 101 kit, FMF pipe, and epoxy/ported head was at 7.5 hp, so it was a pretty fair representation. Uncorrected hp on the 110 was just a tick over 5.8 hp. Keep in mind that diff. dynos (in different condition) will read differently also. I will be keeping my eyes peeled for the built specs! I sold my shop , thus the dyno went bye-bye-, before I completed my KLX build....so I just love this info.

ps, the TTR killed the klx on the torque, but lost it's a## after the middle of 3rd gear on the street.

I should mention for all the gear heads all these runs were made in 3rd gear, as the bike does not have the 4th gear drum. Also I can post up another with the AFR runs, but 2 black lines coupled with these 4 to begin with gets a tad hard to decipher.

I think thats my friends bike if it was yellow it already had a few things done to it but he never rode it. Was it yellow when you got it? If the color of the plastics changed now it's his I saw it and rode it. Dont say the color of the bike now I dont think he would like it if people knew.

This bike was stock besides a TBR footpeg mount and pegs, it's not all stock now though :)

The owner knows I put the dyno chart on the forums.
