I'm going to be building a street legal Bigminis KLX110
I shipped the head to Geezer a week or so back so he can start the port, polish and rebuild on the head.
I'm pulling the motor this week to ship so he can start the brake down so he can send the cases to rytyda38 and his son rac941 for the starter boss removal and case polishing.
After the case work is finished it will be shipped back to geezer so he can reassemble the lower end and install the 67mm bore kit and the fresh head.

I was talking to rytyda38 and I figured I would pimp the work he and his son are doing on my motor. They have been doing a few starter boss removals and do the best work I have seen and at a very reasonable price. These pictures are of I believe rac941's motor. Now that's some very clean work. I bought about 90% of the parts on my bike from rytyda38 and every thing has looked just as nice as this motor. I can only imagine how his motor is going to run.
I just wanted to say thank you again to rytyda38 and rac941 for all their help on this build and the last. We have a bunch of great people on this site and I'm happy to have become friends with quite a few of them and I'm sure they are getting tired of me texting lol.

If you use the yellow wire it will not charge the battery not enough power . I have a street build without a battery and I run all reg lights and not led because you need a battery for them . I made my own wire hardness it has blinkers, stop lights ,taillights , high and low beams and all . Got all my lights off ebay because the kits are all ugly
