If its muddy the u flow gets just as caked up because mud lays around it. Add the red outer part and a shroud to that pic. It gets hogged up. Also quiets the big down. Does yours hit a rev limiter now?
Idk if it hits it or not i havent really reved it that much bc iv been riding trails

what do you guys do when you clean your bike with the u-flow? do you wait untill the filter drys before you clean it or do you zip tie a bag over it when you clean the bike?
I take the filter off the uflow, put bag over u flow and wash the bike, then wash the filter and let it dry and bolt it back on, also safe to take the u flow off after u wash the bike and clean inside of it for dust or water from washing

k&n would be horrible for dirt unless your running indoors , most k&n filters are for road use

only people i see run k&n is on the bigminis bikes with outerwears but most of them bikes were all ran in vegas

I run the k&n with the air box eliminator on my yfz with with the outerwears and dont have no problems with it. When it gets dirty i just wash it and use the k&n recharge kit works perfect but will it fit the u flow.. if so ill get one and tell ya what i think

Danny21, question for you. You had mentioned previously that if I add Greg to the rear sprocket it should me do wheelies more easily. I like to install a rear sprocket with 42 teeth. do your think that should make doing wheelies more easily or or should I get a rear sprocket with more than 42 teeth? Any recommendations would be much appreciated. I know more teeth should give more low end torque which is good as well.
Thanks,
Novice dirt bike rider, Pete L.

I think you posted this in the wrong section, but if our bikes stock rear sprocket is a 38 tooth (which I think it is) its a 2012 110L if anyone knows. Then yes going to a 42 or 41 tooth rear will be perfect for the trails and wheelies. I went up 4 teeth on the rear sprocket of my last bike and got the torque I was looking for without sacrificing too much top end speed. I wouldn't increase the teeth by more than 4.
