Mad props to MINIMAN for letting me ride his Motard fiddy with the GPX.. (his bike in pics)

lol, u didnt blow it up dude. the nut on the oil sling was loose, broke off a piece of his case, which got caught in the primary..... that nsr u got is pretty sweet.

Ahh man, why you gotta kill all my glory? haha

I know.. Miniman just likes to give me $hit cause it happened right after I rode it..... so I ran with it.. haha

Yeah, nice to meet ya last night bro! Hey, you had nice tits.. Not too bulky at all. haha

sweet pics!!

thanks for snapping them!

last night was an absolute blast once again!

sucks that minimans GPX motor broke with that new high compression piston kit in it. i knew once you do anythign to that motor it just hinders the tranny even more.....he ripped about 30 teeth off a gear....man it was ugly....

and yes, christian it was all your fault.

ILL BE OUT THERE NEXT WEEK AS WELL AS MY BUDDY BRAD!

COME PLAY WITH US! :D

wow!!! his gpx broke??? what high comp kit did he use??? thats ugly!!!

hey matt..... you need to spill the beans on that blonde situation !!! lol!!

he had a hi comp kit in it from tbolt i think.

the bike ran so well for a few months without the hi-comp kit in it.....and when i rode it the tranny didnt feel too bad like most the other china trannys do. but it still didnt feel too solid. i remember him talking about makign it faster and what not and i remember saying, he should just keep it how it is so its somewhat reliable still. sure enough first time out with the high comp piston he tears apart his clutch. coincidence? maybe but my money is banking on too much stress on the motor (keep in mind this is on a street track)

i like how theres the blur to that first pic....looks kinda cool. im doing about 30 right there. love that turn!

its not stress from the piston. it was because the oil sling was loose. i ran my 131 hard 3 nights this week and it doesnt even have a sliver of metal in the oil.

more compression.

how did that piece in the clutch break? force of pressure.....created by compression.the more compression the more force.

sounds like an accurate assumption, no?

no the clutch didnt break at all. the oil slings nut was loose. either the guy who had it before took it apart and didnt torque it right when he put it back together. or it just worked its way off. when the sling came loose, it broke the oil feed pin out of the clutch cover. then those pieces took out the teeth on the primary from the looks of things.

yea he was problem free until he put the hi-comp piston kit in....

i was just saying that could have been a contributing factor to the clutch braking......

it ran pretty good (slower than tb 108's) on the street for months now.......i rode it too...it ran pretty damn good but the power just wasnt there.....i had fun on it but way more fun flying by it on mine.... :D

yeah, too bad they are all 1.5 - 2 hours away from the beach :(

#24 ·
Nah, Im only 20 minutes away in beautiful Upland. Haha!

I think that my clutch is toasted and always has been. thats why its running so slow with the huge gearing. My dads gonna check it out this weekend. Maybe(hopefully) it just needs new clutch springs. Cause its way too slow pinned for running 17/26. I think its just constantly slipping.

Oh, yeah, I couldnt take many pics cause the batts in my big flash died so I couldnt use the camera very well.
