Have a full mod fitty with a 108 stroker. Long story short...the gears are stupied short. I top out the bike in a heart beat. Ive changed that sprokets and all that bs. What i was wondering is, i have a old 98 xr70 engine laying around and since the 70s gears are much longer it would work great with the 108. Im almost possitive it bolts right up also. Anyone done this or have it on thier bike? My bike also has a tb manuel clutch and some other things. Would it be a hard swap?

PTECH is correct, the XR/CRF50 and 70 trans gears are identical, it is the primary drive gear ratios that are different. The 50 is 17/69 and the 70 is 18/67.
If you mean can you go further in each gear in between shifts, then, yes, it makes the gears longer. It isn't a significant difference, by any means, but it is a difference.
