Nobody knows how to adjust this clutch system?

The Lifan 110s (I think the actual displacement is 107cc stamped on the motor) do jump out of gear. It's more serious than clutch adjustment.

OK, here is my issue:



Jumps in gear and sounds like a clicking in the clutch or gears. WHen in neutral the front sproket ticks forward every so often, and its really hard to find neutral. Is this a split the cases issue? Rode fine, but the clicking noise when not on the gas scared me.

Anyone know where to buy lifan clutch adjuster bolt? Mine is wallered out a bit and my screwdriver wont stay in it to adjust it. Put an email into Vince at T bolt, crossing my fingers I can get some parts.

I can't tell you how to fix it because I don't know how, but I think this issue was covered on this site before. I just know my cousin's bike jumped out of gear and after doing some reading on this site I found that the problem is not uncommon. He got tired of his pit bike before it got severe enough that he had to fix it.

 

Jumping in gear was my issue. If I can find the clutch part I should be in business.

 

email the guys at Hooper imports..They deal with Lifans....Have you checked to see if a honda one or another import brand will swap?

 

I need 7, 8, 15 for a Lifan 110cc semi auto. Anyone think the Honda parts will fit?

Ordered the OEM Honda parts, they were only $10. Hooper is working on finding the parts for Lifan, so time will tell I guess. Honda parts will be here Thursday or Friday.
