I was talking to rytyda38 and I figured I would pimp the work he and his son are doing on my motor. They have been doing a few starter boss removals and do the best work I have seen and at a very reasonable price. These pictures are of I believe rac941's motor. Now that's some very clean work. I bought about 90% of the parts on my bike from rytyda38 and every thing has looked just as nice as this motor. I can only imagine how his motor is going to run.
I just wanted to say thank you again to rytyda38 and rac941 for all their help on this build and the last. We have a bunch of great people on this site and I'm happy to have become friends with quite a few of them and I'm sure they are getting tired of me texting lol.

I have been trying to order a Takegawa quick shift kit but both places I tried to order from ended up being out of stock. I tried minimob and webike with no luck. If anyone knows where to find one please let me know.

If you use the yellow wire it will not charge the battery not enough power . I have a street build without a battery and I run all reg lights and not led because you need a battery for them . I made my own wire hardness it has blinkers, stop lights ,taillights , high and low beams and all . Got all my lights off ebay because the kits are all ugly

I called baja designs and the kit you need for a klx110 is just their generic kick start dual sport kit. They just don't label it for the klx110 any more. They claim the bike will not produce enough power to run it properly and the solution is to run a stand alone battery. So my lighting problem is solved.

My bike runs the baja halogen head light and led tail just fine. Nice and bright at idle. Baja designs discontinued the kit they used to make. Came with head, tail, blinkers and a battery. Heard they were having problems with that kit. Newer kit works awesome
