Local Northern Tool by me has them in stock, Lowes used to carry them when I worked there a couple years ago.

Nice build!, just found your thread while doing some homework on the TRX90 with a ATC350X swingarm. We have a full KOQ set up on 1 of my daughter's race quads. We alos have a Fischer mod in process for this year. So I decided to take a set of our KOQ a-arms and combine that with the 350X swinger as a spare quad for trail riding and/or for my son to grow into. I'll let you know how the swinger works if you havent already did something on yours. I LOVE the KOQ swinger setup but HATE the front end. Thats why we changed over to a one off Fischer built chassis for this year.

Sweet pit quad, did u do any mods to the engine?:big smile:
haha of course i did. its been an on going project both engine and chassis. its my gals pit quad so i started her off w/ just the 90 engine. that then progressed into a big bore ported head cam and carb. from there i turned the 90 engine into a 146cc put a +R head on it that i did a fair amount of work to

shortly after doing the ported oversized valve + R head she threw the tranny in it. i was irritated so i put a daytona anima in it and thats what is currently in it at this time.
unfortunately the manual clutch and her aren't getting along so well. if i had to guess i would say this winter i'll be selling the anima and building a big CC semi auto for it.

Awesome TRX-90 Build storminnorman07 I'm building a similar Mini Race Quad as you know from my Exhaust Post on here. I see that a few guys are asking about a swingarm so I posted a few pictures of the quad I'm building, I ended up buying a Tao Tao ATA-125G to use as the build Platform because it looked like it had decent frame and suspension geometry. I found out after I got it that the frame was basically a 1/3 Scale Kawasaki KFX-400 Sport Quad, so I used all the spindles, hubs, disc brakes, ect off the KFX-400 and I used all the aftermarket handlebar controls like throttle assembly, brake assembly, and aftermarket brake lines off the Yamaha Raptor 125.

If you look at the last picture you can see the Roundhouse Swingarm and Billet Twin Row Bearing Axle Carrier me and a buddy built that owns a machine shop out of aluminum. We also made a custom set of +2+1.5 A-Arms out of Chromoly Steel. Keep this thread going its nice to finally see another person building up a Mini Race Quad!
