Wherever you look to buy, I suggest you talk to people at the city about getting permits for everything you are going to do. You will need to make sure you can do this and get permits before you ever start. The city needs to make sure you will have enough parking, have enough sound suppression, hazardous material safety items, ambulance entrance into building, etc etc. They will even make you get permits to truck in dirt. This will be a lot of work

Do you remember Starwest's Drome in downtown riverside? they were shut down a month after opening. I heard it was because of permit issues, mainly not getting any permits before they opened.

West Coast RC Raceway was shut down for 4 or 5 months because they did not have the proper permits. They are an electric rc racetrack, and they dont make any noise.

You have my support though. I am willing to help
