ya,we are going to really try and make this happen looking to get some big names involved as far as retail in stuff there are so many awesome ideas we have once we have this in place this will be the hot spot to rideand future big events!

Tim i think it would be amazing and i have spent many nights trying to figure away todo this same thing..

the biggest problem is the indoor fac and working with the city to allow(exhaust gas etc inside even with huge fans for ventalation) but insurance seems tobe the biggest enemy,it is so expensssssssive..

I know if anyone could do it it would be you and you have my full support..

Alright we been working on putting together an indoor minibike playground, we would put on races,events,practice,retail, parts,and also provide klx 110's to rent and more this will be located in the heart of the OC and be open to the public it will be about the size of minimoto track or a little bigger right now im looking for what sort of intrest is out there for this kind facility

My family would be all over this place! We are very close in Aliso Viejo with three riders plus my little girl is about a year away from twisting the throttle. Would save us alot of diesel not driving out to Riverside every week. Ya, I bet acoustics and climate are a real issue. Don't try to reinvent the wheel and talk to every owner of a facility like this. They would probably be more than happy to tell you what works, what doesnt and what they wish they had done different. O.C. Commercial real estate is dead right now so you could probably haggle a pretty good long term deal on an empty warehouse. We'll all be there opening night! :fing02:
