Move the Mini Moto race to the MGM Casino!

Lets face it, pit bikes have evolved from 5 years ago and we have out grown the Orleans.

We have also out grown the rules and their ridiculous rule book. This sport has changed and is no longer you and your buddys goofing off in the back yard track.

You cant have a 88 class or a bar and spring class if no one can police it. Trust me someone will cheat. This takes a new set of rules, volunteers to run tech inspection, etc.$$$$$$$

I personally like the stock/mod class as it is. This is the class that requires the most knowledge of how to make power from a stock size carb. The am class and pro class are just way over powered motors that never see their potential on a Orleans style track. Anyone can build that with the parts that are available today.

I could go on about this but I think you get the point. Well some may and some wont anyway.

Not bashing here just thought I'd throw some other stuff out there to think about.

The bottom line is..........in order to start changing from where its at today, it is going to take restructure of the Mini Moto organization, money and time.

It would be nice to have a larger track that is for sure!! I would imagine MGM would want some $$ for that!

making the track more big bike style . the jumps at all the mini moto sx events have been to small make them BIGGER!!!

also no pre-seeded riders that crap is bs the should only let the winner/champ from the last years event be pre seeded and thats it!!!

and the stock class should go back to a stock class this stock-mod crap it for the brids

I say make the track big bike style you can still make the jumps safe. just because we are on mini bikes doesnt meen we need mini jumps and whoops!!!

Have a fat boy class:grin: and don't let jeff fine AKA loveline in that class:D ( he always beats me)

Keep the stock mod class but add the stock class no motor mods

have a ride day on saturday until 3:00 so if you want you can get more riding in if you have come a long way.

ya a fatboy class.im hoping to be uneligible for it come may but i gotta have my backup plan:D

1) Stock class with BONE stock motors. Bars, springs, shock, seat, hd wheels, etc I think are acceptable. It's the motors that need to be stock.

2) 10" class = Honda CRF50 based motors - This (and the stocker class) are the ROOT of this sport. Keep the 10" class to 10" crf based bikes (even a 124cc limit I think is fair.)

3) I like the idea of a 10" open class, then the GHEYLX cheater 110's could have their race against each other (hint: then they'd realize they're still racing the same bikes only smaller wheels, so get the **** back in the 12" class. douche bags.)

4) 12" class = CRF50/KLX110 based motors, this is essentially the midsize class and I think it's fine.

5) More half naked (or naked) chicks walking the pits/arena and whoring themselves out for some company. We need more eye candy.

number 5 A++++++

I remember two years ago this blond chick that had a skirt on so short it kept riding up and you could see her entire a$$. Even better she was commando. Bless America for pit bikes and women that dont wear underwear with skirts.

I agree lol

expecially the point of keeping 10" bikes CRF based bike/motors and for the naked chicks off course

even in Italy there are same question ...

In 2009 we'll have Amateur, Sport and Master categories

and 88 (10" front and rear, autoclutch etc...)

10" Rear - only seat height and wheelbase limit

12" Rear midsize - only seat height and wheelbase limit

sad to say that here there's no Stock/Mods cause there would be like 5 people at the gate...

Then i have to say that's really hard to see a bigger track in that Vegas arena...

probably 88 class would be the funniest there

maye for you guys is small but last race of the season we had like a 30 feet doubble (10m) that was poppy lol

They could take the midsizes out of the 10" class just by allowing crf50,xr50,ttr50,and drz70 plastics ONLY.

Easy to tech with little complications.

Then retards will merely zip tie plastics to their bikes....

It would be really funny to watch them come off and people crashing because of it!!!!!

i heard there might not even be a minimoto this year because the promoters are having a hard time getting sponsors? is this at all true?

Im sure allot of you are seeing a decline in sponsors--------My son and DNR Customs are seeing it, allot of the sponsors are getting rid of there program for 2009 or cutting back Big time.

I've seen it------Trying to get something together for the fall and the sponsors are just not there, Im going to keep trying but its definitely a sign of the times.

God bless ya all,

Gene

make stock class a 6 hp class dynojet is in vegas have them bring over a dyno over 6 hp you are out.

I can bring mine(if we go--Lord willing)----It Dyno's off your spocket shaft----it tells you crank and true rear wheel H.P. You will have to take your foot pegs off so we can bolt a set-up block under motor so we can bolt(bike) it up to the table.

good morning brad!
Wondering when you were going to show up. We were going to start making threads about cam chain roller bolts.

I agree, but we both know it would happen. Hell most import seats are hard as the subframe anyways so they probably wouldn't even notice.
