can hardly wait!!! some ideas..sprocket options,chain up grade,front fairing, low swept pipe,easy mount oil cooler,hot coil,plug in rev/timing advance box that works,audiable turn signal relay,cool blu / xeon head lamps,led bulbs for turn and brake/tail,billet goodies>dip stick,tappet covers,cam cover...how big is the wharehouse???

Thats is great .. that pipe works awesome!!!! of course now that we know the gpx fits like a glove ... options for it (the gpx) for the st/50/90 (GPX RS.,is the set up daddysmut and I are calling it because we use your GPX for the street..by the way what a fund ride) set up.. like a17t front sprocket .. high comp piston and cam combo kit, 24mm and bigger carb options ,the rear sprocket is tricky .. I am still working on that !! If I find something I will let you know!! the site is looking great !!

definately would be great to have some procket choices. 16, 17 18 t fronts and 30-35 tooth rears.

 

rears on the st may be tough i think it has the sme as my ct clone 4 lobes(?)

that has a damnper fits into recess ports on hub keeper ring holds it all on..i have a 36 rear for street and a 45 for trail only sizes ive found for rear..

 

TC that's the same type of rear the ZB has. The smallest I've found availible in the USA/canada is a 35T rear. Japan has em down to 31T if you can get em.

they have rears from 35>39 $59 plus shipping..these are "sprocket specialists"

products..may be get ratio you want straight from them..if i remember ratios correctly 1 tooth in front = 3 tooth rear largest front i found is 17 had to shave inside of case for clearance(ct 70 clone w 36 rear) could remove back of case like they do on mx s i dont like an exposed counter sprocket good luck let us know what you find..

 

the ST90 comes with a 36 rear...i think that $60 is a little much for 1 tooth.

anything over 90cc the 17t front sprocket works with out shaving .. 100 110 125cc... I have seen 18t sprockets not sure if that would work ..may have shave just a little bit ??? not sure !!!

for example... we have the stock 16t and if we use the 35t

if we replace the front sprocket with a 17t and use the 35t would the 35t now be 32t since we use the 17t .................... am I anywhere near correct???

 

that's right but you're making it waaaaay to complicated. Thumper was correct 1 in the front is 3 in the rear.



i'm almost possitive it's a 36t...i know i checked and posted it in my GPX-RS thread.

I am going with a 17t front and 35t rear .. keep fingers crossed that the sprocket fits!!! and for an awesome top end!!!

I am waiting on a carb 25mm mikuni to come in .. then i will test the bike and post results as well as send info to vince + pics to smut and tbolt!!

 

let me know where you get them my GPX motor for my ZB is coming.

I have the 17t in stock... I will order the rea sprocket friday !!! I hope to have the carb the chain the ngk spark plug cap .. and finish breaking in the eng .. and will test it !!!

I wll get a link for you on the front and rear sprocket .. I will pm ya!!

 

If you guys can dig up the gear ratios for 1st-4th gear on those motors, I'll be able to plug them into my spreadsheet and tell you the proper speeds at any RPM.
