You're going to need to do some welding and drilling of that frame to make it work. The tank mounts and seat mounts will be different.



Anyway, here's a Panda wiring diagram you can use.

 

I pre mounted the seat which the rear brackets matched up perfect with the top of the shocks where the original seat went-and the front brackets matched up well with the fram and I just had to drill 2 3/8" holes at the right height about 3.4" from the tank-the holes were just right since if I insert a long through bolt it just misses the electrical round condensor thing under the frame-



I will need to know if the voltage created by the motor is enough to run all the devices or will I need a battery?



Also I need to bracket for the key switch adn the front directionals-any tips?

 

I've converted a 1976 Z50A to full monkey specs.



You'll need a battery, voltage regulator and CDI, wiring harness, keyswitch and both clampshell harnesses. You'll need a rear stop light switch as well.



The battery box can mount under the right side cover.

You are on your own with the wiring. I made parts of my harness from scratch and a number of things I did will not apply to your wiring.

You'd be better off starting with a 1979-1980 Z50 frame so everything will fit correctly.



However, it sounds like you are well on your way and I look forward to see the progress.

Dan-thansk for all the info and diagrams and I am hoping you can help further with my wiring up needs with a few more questions-I have bought most items I need and like you said I will need to wire most up on my own-the panda wiring harness has alot of the wiring connections such as battery posts and stuff so i can trace those out and make it easier-I did blow up and copy off that wiring diargram but hard to read-is it possible you could make me a basic wire diargam starting at engine to battery to switch and so on and go to the various points of wiring and I can take the rest from there-but- I have some more questions and I will list what I have and what I think I need and I hope you can direct me on this
