This project started out as one of the 18 Xtreme Fat Tire bikes with a 125 cc CRII motor, with a 4 speed manual transmission. I realized that an Xtreme Typhoon swing arm and sub frame would bolt right up to the fat tire frame, and I used the Typhoon rear disk set up for the rear brake. This started out as a brand new bike, and all of components are also new. The Fat Tire bike sells for $1599.00, and all of the parts to build this cost right around $500.00. The Picture of the Typhoon and the Fat Tire bike are the two bikes that this thing started out with. I am looking to get $1999.00 for this project, but am willing to negotiate.
