Honda is out of the question. Don't want to hear it. DON'T WANT TO HEAR HONDA. He isn't looking to buy a honda xr or crf 50. One more time...He doesn't not want to buy a honda. Honda = No. Okay, now that thats out of the way.... like the title says...whats the best bike in that price range. This is for my friend Nate (freeboarder86) and he doesn't have the cash to build a honda up to rideable specs. He's like 6'2" or something and stock with HD springs is gonna be like a roller skate up his ass, but he cant afford SP5's and a billetware +2 swingarm and an ishock etc. etc. The Sikk MX looks like a good deal, but Atom seems busy lately and he's gonna want the bike soon. The Icon 90/redcat bikes look like junk IMO. The icon 50X looks decent and is honda compatible...but dont know who sells them or if they would be great. I'll set up the jar and start collecting your 2 cents.

y does everyone reccomend sikk?
anyone notice that the hub doesnt match the rim? look at the nipples, when properly tightened they get pushed off at an angle. because the spoke angle doesnt match the hole angle in the rim. just the cheap chinise mistakes he will find allover the sikkmx bike.
