Someone local has this bike for sale. What do you think it is worth?

Kick start is not turning over the engine but is spinning the sprocket, so probably clutch issue.

No exhaust and he said he has the front and rear fender besides what is shown in the pictures.

I did’t look into it yet. But every other old bike I bought didn’t have it because they were never registered. Which is no big deal here. I just got to sign a form saying that it isn’t stolen.

Just bought a 97 Z for $150 and in the same sort of condition as that one minus the tank. It had the original seat too. So whats he asking?

Bikes are worth more with a title, and running lol.

Without I would think the $100-150 range is fair. Remember all the missing bits add up. Really easy to go upside down on these things.

I am all too aware on how these add up. I have already done a ct90 and ct70, and am currently rebuilding a ct110 and kawasaki c2ss. This one would be for my son who is currently 2, so I would have a while to get it done.

I was thinking around $100, but will probably start at $50. He doesnt have a price in mind.

I was the guys math teacher a few years ago, don't know if that will hurt or help.

That's a reasonable offer in light of the condition and lack of parts.

$150-250. Although disassembled, it appears that most all of the bike is there. If assembled and running, $400-500.

Someone else is buying it. Well I don’t want to go above the other guys offer, since I (and everybody here) knows how expensive it would be to restore.

I still have 3 other bikes in line to restore, so I have plenty to do anyways.
