2006 klx 110 I have the stock kicker and this thing is driving me NUTZ , every time I come out of a corner and am squeezing the bike with my legs I slightly engage the kick starter ,what kicker is the best to use that does not interfere with the rider ? possibly kx 65 ?? thanks David

all i do to stop this from happing is move it as far forward on the splines as i can and grind on the out side of the kick starter to make it thinner

i was at mototown the other day and the guy who owes or runs Masters of mini told me to take the rubber peice off the kickstart,it workd good

Oh God... I don't even hear it any more-- mine does that all the time. BBR was supposed to be coming out with the one that's on their race bikes, but nothing yet as far as I know.



You can use a KX60 kicker if you aren't using an OTT brake pedal, other than that-- problem unresolved. --L*64

I took the rubber off and it still does it , but thanks . I'll move it all the way forward and try that , thanks David

I bought a Takegawa kickstarter even though I've heard they break I thought I'd try one anyway. I hate hitting my leg on the stocker and it's so ugly. The tak kicker looks sweet. I hear if I get a decomp cam it should last fine.

The Two Brothers gets rid of 99% of the problem . The only time I can hear it now is thru severe woop sections .

I moved my sons as forward as we could and it helped with the problem.
