Here is the budjet bike starting to take shape.

Pro Tapers, Acerbis handguards, TwoBros air filter, Joker choke plug, cut front fender, ground out pipe restrictor, modded endpipe, 85 main, 40 pilot, folding tip shifter, Monster stickers, shimmed needle, 2.75 x 14" and 3.00 x 12" Cheng Shin rubber (spooky I know). The tires will work fine at The Grange (great pavement), we'll just have to tip toe at Amago tommorrow during the first break-in ride.

I have a Bridgestone TW8 I will put on the front when my 100/90/12 Bridgestone BT601SS rear arrives (backordered).

In a few months we will add a 12" front with same size 601, Dr. D pipe and Crower G2 cam. That'll be about it.

Here ya go:

boat guy , we broke 10 hp / 6.5 ftlbs with a 110. stock piston , full porting , g2 cam , race springs , 20 mm mikuni and a 4th gear shift drum. this little baby hit 72 mph on the dyno with pump gas ! you have to race this bike in your club events.....you'll figure it out who it is when you see it run.

I'm gonna try out the Cheng-Shing 14" front on my mini...not alot of options for the bigger wheel...too cheap to buy a 12" for supermoto only, since most of its time is in the dirt...

Use the 3 x 14" TW8 Bridgestone, just got it on, pics coming.

Hey FYI our ported stock head 88 with a 19mm Chinese carb hung with this guy on a 660 ft uphill straight. The KLX didn't pull him one inch. My Son crashed and remounted and the KLX beat him by a turn.

Not a slam but a prop, that 88 was built by y'all!

Man my Crower 88 runs hard!!

Got the 100/90/12 Dunlop TT91 mounted along with the Bridgestone 3.00 x 14" TW8.

As soon as I get the 12" front laced up I'll get the other TT91 on.

FYI the Dunlop beads perfect on the stock Kawi 12" rim.

Does acerbis make those for a 110 or are they modified to fit? What type of tool did you use on your front fender to cut it down?

Acerbis Mini Cross handguards.

Used a Dremel and alot of patience, turned out factory fresh.
