Im starting off with my 2005 bone stock DRZ 110 and fabing up my own custom mount for my caliper on my front forks. Everything will be bolt on and you will easily be able to change back to stock drums if you desire.

Parts so far:

2005 cr 85 master cylinder

2005 cr 85 caliper

2001 kx 65 front rim with hubs and spocks and stock disk.

ill post pics in a little bit so yall can do it your self.

ok so the moment you have all been waiting for.. it is complete.. just need to put on a tire and bleed the brakes.. a few more minor things like getting a shorter brake cable.

so how its done you ask?

first is the spacers. one of them on the rotor side is the spacer that comes with the stock 110 wheel.. the other which is pictured i bought from ace hardwear and cut to lenght. Also between the mount and the inner side of the fork is a small washer to take up the extra space.

you will also need to grind down the chunk of metal on the inner side of the fork.. not all the way off just enough so the wheel will fit without any problems.

now onto the mount.

i believe it is 1/4 in steel plate.

Axel hole is cut. 10mm hole

then you will need to cut out for the piece of metal on the inner side of the fork that holds the stock drum from rotating.

then you will need to drill out the holes for the caliper to mount.

17/64 drill bit and an 8mm/ 1.25 tap to thread the plate.

basically once u get the holes cut you can trim the plate to however you want it to look.
