Apparently I have a 2013 SSR SR125 and It runs and all that I still need to get brakes and a throttle cable...... I have a question my dad put on the new chain master link and its pretty tight but when I moved it after he was done the back wheels are not moving so I thought it wasnt in neutral this bike is a 4 up manual but it only goes up twice there are obvious sounds/clicks that i know it changed gears but if i go up more it doest go as far up as the other clicks and doesnt make the sound....anyone know the issue?

I dont have a throttle cable or brakes Im gonna order them but I loosened my chain and it moves now but its a 4 Up and it doesnt go up 4 times it only does nuetral and goes up probably 1 or 2 times then stops when its off and not running and I cant tell if its because of its not running because i cant go without my throttle cable
