In response to my supposed "lack of integrity", I feel you are mistaken. My sole principle for being involved in the pitbike business is to help "everyone" that wants to get into to the sport, do so at a cost hopefully everyone can afford. There is no reason to capitalize any more than needed. I don't wish to ruin the thread by saying anyone is marking up prices higher than they need to be but lets face it...we are a society that when an idea is good, we take that idea and make it better and cheaper if we can. That is business. As far as the CAD design, I dont have any pictures of the prototype to post. The pictures will speak for themselves. We wont spend any unnecessary money. We are only going to pass on quality products or if need be negative findings on products we are researching. We will not bash anyones business. Do you think that Pitster got some ideas from TTR-125E with the Linkage suspension and air box? Do you think that Pitster stole those ideas? I don't think so. Linkage suspension and air box have been around for a while, and i joined the forum today, because this roller really got my attention. I would love to buy the Pitster bike, but i just can't afford it, as simple as that.

well i have a quick question about this bike.



i could of sworn pitster said the plastics for the lxr were basicly one of a kind.......and this bike is said to have ttr110 plastics.... so there for are they different? clue me in here?

As far as copies go, anything worth while has been copied for centuries...you can go back to art, when artists have copied famous paintings, you can look at jewelers who have copied diamonds and have created "diamondaire, and cubic zirconia" for people who want a diamond who cant afford it. Or lets talk about something the average person might know about, People might want a Lexus and cant afford one so they will buy a Toyota Camary. Is that not what the car manufactures do. Copy the same car, or should we talk about tv's and other electronics...did you know there are only a few main electronic manufactures in the world...everyone else buys the right to private label...or should I bring it to a more elementary level? Look at Campbells soup, or cleaning products or anything for that matter...did you know they private label to Target, Giant Eagle, Dollar General, K-mart, Lowes etc. I will keep educating you if need be, but this thread should not be about me giving you an education.



To everyone who understands this, and continues to support us thank you. I am sorry you have to read about the immature ramblings of someone who is uncomfortable knowing that they cant backtrack and have made too many unnecessary comments. True dat,Its mainly the rider not the bike anyway,there's alot of us out there that cant afford top of the line and are very thankful for these bikes,and some of us are faster than thoes haters!!!! WHAT!!!

 

ahh dont hackmunch and mattmoto441 kinda work for pitster. i mean hackmunch has talked about testing the 09 pitsters in many threads and matt is the son of ncc who works extremely close with pitster. I know matt you dont work for your dad but i bet you test the crap out of his and pitster's products. So in reality its like pitster is here complaining on this thread. i have nothing against hack, matt, ncc or pitster. just pointing out the facts here. if the pitster or another model is better than this one it will show by how many you see out and about. but if this bike stacks right up against the other bikes which previous clone rollers have then its a great deal.

i for one am a big fan of getting my moneys worth for what i pay for. if i get the same bike with my choice of motor less graphics and save 1k thats worth every penny in my book. this will probably be an even better than 1k deal from the previous clone deal when you factor the price of the bike it competing with.

you might want to research the meaning of the word "respect"! yes i do help out Pitster, test some stuff. we have a very successfull race team but where do you draw the line? i am not gonna test stuff, give feedback to Gary or Matt so some clowns (that cant ride to save there life, dont do anything to help the sport and cant show there face at a local race out of embarrassment) that lives 10 miles from me can make money from our hardwork and years spent trying to make this chinese stuff compete with $10,000 bbr equipment. this is all a plot to piss off Gary @ Pitster, i cant belive that planetminis would even let these guys do this with no "real" proof.

This particular issue has nothing to do with private labeling of a product built by the same manufacturer,,,, It is about taking the hard work and efforts from people that really care about this sport and making a few bucks on it for your own personal gain without consiquence, it is not about helping the little guy, it is about you taking advantage, DO NOT try and say Mattmoto does not know what he is talking about!!!! He has been by my side through all that we have done for our research and development of a very well thought out pitbike, only to see things like this happen!



I will take this time to openly say, That NCC WILL NOT provide any assistance , with any kind of KLX motor mount nor any pipe adaptors or any parts in the future to Medina , You have lost any trust with your examples here and have show everyone that you do not care about them nor the sport. You have clearly shown it is more about take ideas from those that work hard for them, copy or have copied and pass along what might be a much inferior product for a few bucks , what happens when you are gone? what happens when you are done playing?

If I lose some business along the way, so be it. I would rather close the doors than contribute to this kind of behavior.

 

I bet all of you guys that are against medina or any clones shop at walmart. They have stolen business and products from all kinds of places but you all are stil supporting it buy shopping there. Just because you are not into lets say paper towels and dont care about those designs being copied doesnt mean its right. dont bitch about people making money whatever way they can. if they can sell the same product at cheaper prices then more power to them , thats how it should be products shouldn't be marked up so high and there wouldnt be this problem. just because you guys are getting a cut of somebodys profit doesnt give you the right to be all pissed off at another guy for selling things the right way. like I said you shop at walmart and I'm %100 sure rthat you dont always buy name brand. just my 2 cents
