I went out on Friday and rode to the beach, brought my new Gopro helmet cam and velcro'd it to my chest protector for a different look. The video is me riding up a canyon out here in California called "Decker Canyon". On the way down the canyon I noticed I had 9psi in my rear tire so I had to take it easy up the steep incline. I promise a video in the future of me ripping but for now this will have to do. I just installed a 177cc kit from NCC to add to the GPX's displacement.. The 177 in really nice....... Enjoy...

Nice video...So was the 9PSI causing you to drift into the other lane ? :D I notice I tend to oversteer on 10" wheels on the street. Takes so very little input to corner the little bikes !!! How do you keep the wind noise down with the cam ? All the videos I've done all you can hear is wind. :???:

Winter weather sure sucks in Southern California. Kind of chilly in the mid 70s. BRRRRRR....

I see you had to wear jeans instead of shorts. LOL.

Friggin red car...

Nice video, Dan.

The engine sounds so mild mannered while you're cruisin'.

Everytime I see a CT70, it makes me what to build mine...

I think the wind noise was down because the camera was attached to my chest and not out in the open wind.

awesome video!

I am hurting bad to get a mini - looking st sl70/cl70 - I am 6'4" and ridden bigger bikes so little worried about the ergonomics of ct70 (which seems to be the easiest to find). I just have to unload my wr426 and XR650L before I get more projects - also have a almost great cb360 but not giving up on it.

Anyway - just wanted to give props - looks like riding at its best.

any pics of how the gopro mounts to chest protector? i love that angle

No pic, but all it was the camera Velcro'd to the chest protector right in the middle of my chest.. I think the key is to have it on you and not on the bike, I also like the Helmet mount but I wanted to show the bike in there too. I tried the bike mount and the vibrations killed the shot...
