Well i have a loncin 3 valve

and i bought a classic honda shifter and it wont fit due to the case cover

is there another folding shifter thats smaller that might fit ???

i had to weld a folder to the front of the splined coupler. your gonna have to do the same. it just means you have the better transmission. you probably will have to go to your local motorcycle parts store. and find one for a quad. its not typical for a bike to have the spline on top of the shaft for th shifter. good luck. its easier to just weld one up.

Just get a shift lever with the extended shaft mount that comes out to clear the cases I have them give me a call

i ran into the exact same problem..

and my conclusion is that they made it wrong..

the bend would be great if the shifter was on your right foot

I was looking at outlaws site..

and they have the Sikk 50's shifter and it looks like the bend is correct on this one.. check it out... the one you have a picture of looks just like this one .. but bent the correct way

You need a shifter that is offset. Some Chinese motors (like yours) have shorter shift shafts then the stock Honda. The shifter you purchased is for the longer shift shafts.

Why would someone want to go to all the trouble of changing out the shft shaft for a longer one, when a shifter exist that will work?

Is the one I posted that much different (crappier) then the the one he purchased from classic?

big time,the one from classic/sik50/tbr is forged and much cleaner looking
